Artwork Requirements for Promotional Gifts

To ensure the highest quality imprint for your promotional products, please follow these technical specifications.

Preferred File Formats

  • Vector Art (Highly Recommended):
    • .AI (Adobe Illustrator CC or lower)
    • .EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
    • .PDF (High-quality print with editing capabilities)
    • Note: All fonts must be converted to outlines/curves.
  • Raster Art:
    • .PSD (Photoshop), .TIFF, .JPEG
    • Resolution: Must be 600 DPI or higher at 100% of the final imprint size.
    • Color Mode: CMYK or specified Pantone (PMS) colors.

Imprint Methods & Specifics

  • Screen Printing: Minimum line weight of 0.5pt. Minimum text size 6pt.
  • Embroidery: High-resolution JPEGs are acceptable for digitizing, but vector files ensure better precision. Avoid overly fine details.
  • Full Color (ColorBrite): High-resolution raster images (300-600 DPI) are required for photographic quality.

  • Art Reconstruction: If your artwork is not in vector format or high resolution, our design team can provide reconstruction services (additional fees may apply).
